“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.””

I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

Welcome.

We live at the intersection of multiple unique identities and the systems we navigate (social, political, cultural)-- these all carry stories we are told and tell ourselves. In a world where we are all too often encouraged to hide parts of us, I hope to hold a space of radical softness (a term coined by Lora Mathis), in which vulnerability and healing is a sign of strength. Healing is a process of working through, not rushing through-- it is brave. I celebrate all identities and abilities in all bodies. You are deserving of support, and I hope that we can work together to find a way to reclaim your humanity and honor all parts of yourself, especially the stories you have yet to share with the world.
